I was a part of the Inaugural CEO class where I had the idea for Dill’s Softwash. The class had such an impact on my life that I knew I had to be apart of it after school. I enjoy seeing students work on their business and wanting to become better. This is what makes CEO great and why I knew I had to be on the board.

I am Kevin Jansen. I currently live in Neoga and work mainly at our First Neighbor Branch in Toledo, IL. I started at the bank in 2001. I am branch manager in Neoga and Toledo and mainly work on the loan side. I am mainly a commercial lender at the bank, but still do mortgages and consumer loans as well. I am excited to serve on the Cumberland County CEO Board because I feel it is important to invest time and resources into the younger generations. I feel the CEO Program is great at showing students that you not only can make a good living for you and your family in our local communities, but you can make a difference in our communities but keeping jobs here.

Hello! I'm Hannah Butler - the owner of HB Creative Company - a digital marketing studio that helps small business owners and entrepreneurs elevate and align their through brand design, website design, social media marketing, and more. I've had the honor of employing two CEO program alumni as interns for my business. I'm a 2012 graduate of Neoga High School and a 2016 graduate of the Lacy School of Business at Butler University with a degree in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Serving on the board of this incredible program is such an honor. I believe wholeheartedly in the mission of this program and the experience it provides our students. I have been an employee of Ervin Equipment Inc in Toledo, IL since 2004.Working in a small community while dealing with transportation equipment sales throughout North American and beyond has been an amazing opportunity.A job opportunity that I didn’t even think about looking into when I was in High School.I am a Cumberland County native and graduate of Cumberland High School.I have an Associates of Science from Lake Land College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois. I am excited to join the CEO Board.The CEO program allows students to see the ever-changing landscape of the business world and lets them see the boundless opportunities that await them in our small community and beyond.

Hi. I’m Becky Fogarty- the Academic Advisor/Guidance Counselor for Neoga Jr. Sr. High School. I currently live in Neoga and have been part of the Coles/Cumberland County area for 20 years. I have been involved in education for 20+ years, serving as a School Psychologist in Champaign, Mattoon and Windsor School Districts and an Academic Advisor in Windsor and Neoga School Districts. I spent 11 years as a full-time instructor at Eastern Illinois University in both the Special Education and Counseling Departments and have continued as an adjunct instructor for the last 10 years. I am thrilled to be part of the CEO Board as I am a huge believer in what the program can do for students. Regardless of whether students truly want to be entrepreneurs, this program allows them amazing opportunities to have a mentor, gain knowledge about the businesses that make up their community, teach them real world skills such as communication (both written and verbal) and time management, and opens their eyes to numerous careers and opportunities within local business that they may not have otherwise encountered. As educators, this is the ultimate goal- to have our students master and apply these skills in the real world. I encourage you to find out more about CEO. I have been an educator for over 18 years. I have served as a teacher, coach, and/or administrator during that time in Cumberland, Dieterich, and Neoga schools. CEO truly fits what we as educators look for in the ultimate educational experience. Pooling all the resources the county of Cumberland has to offer. Bringing together a talented and diverse group of students. Taught by a highly effective and trained teacher. Using a curriculum that is challenging, diverse, and allows for students to grow individually. All while giving our students a “leg-up” on their peers when it comes to educational and career opportunities. The connections CEO students make are life-changing and life-long. The habits and life skills learned are as well. Once you have been a part of CEO, your beliefs on your limits as an individual are completely changed.
