Facilitator

Facilitators establish the CEO culture with a goal of creating an environment that is all about learning.

They invent, refine and innovate in ways that connect participants with the community, collaborate with CEO board members and most importantly provide guidance to the participants.

Meet our Facilitator

Jeffrey Schrock.

Jeff Schrock, pictured here with his wife Robin, lives in Toledo, Illinois.  Together they have three grown children, Lana (McDaniel), Leia (Dillier), and Levi. They are the grandparents of 9 grandchildren, five grandsons and four granddaughters. Jeff has owned and operated Schrock Custom Woodworking, Inc. since 1982. In 2015, he launched Benchworx, a mobile woodworking program designed to educate young people on the art of woodworking and safely using hand tools. The program is designed to help children develop motor skills in addition to creative thinking and problem solving skills. Becoming a grandfather reiterated to Jeff the importance of teaching the next generations about life and faith.
